Thanks Rick and Christie!

December 30, 2004

My good friends turned me on to this website which makes fun of much of the baggage that Christianity has created in recent years. Many of you may be offended by this site so I want you to know that I’m warning you ahead of time.

Personally my favorite area would be the Christian clothing and accessories that they offer. I particularly like the t-shirt’s shown below (and yes I was homeschooled so I can make fun of myself if I want to), not to mention the WWJD thong and the What Would Jesus Bomb bumper sticker.

I do need to put a disclaimer out there that I don’t like/approve of everything on the site. Overall it’s good for some laughs however.

It’s tough to be taken seriously…

December 30, 2004

….when your mascot is the Fighting Camels. My brother’s alma mater, Campbell University, played at Kentucky yesterday. You can guess the result. It wasn’t pretty. I’ve included a nice picture for added effect. Enjoy!

Merry Christmas to Me!

December 30, 2004

After years of wanting one I finally got a pda for Christmas! I had one before we went to Africa but Africa is hard on pda’s. So, now I’ve got my new Tungsten E and I’m ready to challenge the world!

I’m Back!!!!!! (Part Deux)

December 30, 2004

Not that anybody missed me but I am finally back. We had a fantastic vacation in Florida and Alabama, and other than a scary experience on our flight home yesterday we had a great trip. It feels good to be rested up for the first time in a long time!

This week was also a lot of fun because Grace finally got the hang of walking. She’s going everywhere now. It sure is a lot of fun being a dad.

She is getting way too big!

December 17, 2004

Grace is growing up like crazy. She’s just started taking her first steps and yesterday Tracy turned around and found her on top of this stool in the kitchen. You can see a picture at the bottom of the blog. You need to check out all the new pics we’ve posted on the website. You can even here Grace say “Peek-A-Boo”!
